Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We do not ship to the United Kingdom or other countries at this time.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 48 hours after the order is placed.

Carriers

Orders ship from our US warehouses with UPS, USPS or FedEx. The carrier is chosen based on your address and the item.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive about 7 days after they are placed. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can add time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is $6.99 per item. For example, an order with two items costs $13.98 to ship. Orders of 10 or more items ship for a flat $69.90. The exact shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.

Damaged, lost or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive, contact us at mobilestarlight@outlook.com with your order number. See our Refund Policy for how we handle returns and replacements.
